Luxury Detox Los Angeles (“we”) is an independent information website. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

  • Facility applications. If a facility applies to be listed or featured, we collect the details entered in the form (website, facility name, location, levels of care, placement budget, license number, contact name, role, email, phone and message) to reply and manage listings.
  • Basic server data. Like most websites, our host may log technical data such as IP address and browser type for security and reliability.
  • Essential cookies. WordPress may set cookies needed for the site to work.

What we don’t do

  • We don’t put advertising or retargeting pixels on call buttons or forms.
  • We don’t sell personal information.
  • We don’t ask visitors seeking care for health information on this website.

Phone calls

Facility phone numbers connect you directly to that facility. The at-home detox number is answered by our at-home medical detox partner. Those organizations handle your information under their own privacy policies and, where they provide treatment, under federal health privacy laws (HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2).

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you submitted, using the form on our For Facilities page. California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act where it applies.

Medical disclaimer
